Our story

There are three of us in a twist. We have very different backgrounds, but all come from Japan and were fortunate to meet each other in Altrincham. We wanted to do something creative together and use our strengths, passions, and previous work experiences.

Chie studied pattern making and fashion design in Tokyo, Yayoi has the ability to bring unique ideas to life, and Chiharu has worked in the fashion industry for many years and enjoys using social media. This is our team: a twist.

We started this journey together in the UK, and now Chie has returned to Japan, where she continues to support us from Japan. With our deep appreciation for Japanese traditions, we hopes to share the richness of its culture here in the UK.

Our vision is to help others enjoy their lives through our products, which incorporate Japanese culture and traditions — with a little twist.
