❝I tried this when the temperatures plummeted in December. Instead of putting the central heating on. I filled a hot-water bottle with (very) hot water and put it in the backpack. To be honest, I was sceptical as to how well it would work; but keeping my back warm really made a difference! I found I could work at the computer as usual and my fingers remained warm and mobile. I didn't need to put the central heating on, instead I refilled it 3 times throughout the day. The material is pretty thick, so even if the water is very hot, it is bearable to have it against your clothing. I'm really pleased with it. If it's just me in the house.... the heating can stay off!❞
